Nova Kendra is an initiative to empower and nurture the entrepreneurship desire of small-town individuals. The Village Level Entreprenuer has access to the required plot of land, ability to invest in developing the KENDRA's warm shell structure and also manage the KENDRA's day-today operations. Depending on who invests in the fit outs of the Kendra, there are two business models - Direct and Partnership.

Arrangement between Partner, Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd. & VLE

Partner to lease and own the Kendra

  • Partner to onboard VLE that owns the land and has expressed interest in building the Kendra Directly or Indirectly through Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.' Marketing Associate Program

  • VLE to provide land and construct Warm Shell for the Kendra

  • Partner to invest in Fit Outs for the Kendra

  • VLE to lease the Warm Shell to Partner

Partner to enter into an agreement with Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd. to Operate and Manage the Kendra

  • Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd. to provide Cinema Equipment and Sound system for the Cinemas 

  • Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd. to sub lease the 355 sq. ft. for operating the retail, F&B, cafeteria, and utility services from Partner

  • VLE to enter into an agreement with Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd. for managing the Kendra

PARTNER PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner

  • Rights to the Partner/VLE Brand

  • Onboard VLE Directly or indirectly through Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.' Marketing Associate Program and Paying RS. 75 Lac Deposit to VLE

  • To get all necessary Permissions & Approvals from State Government and Regulators

  • Getting into a Lease and Management Agreement with the VLE

  • Building the Warm Shell and Maintenance of the internal and external structure of the Warm Shell

Nova Cinemaz Private Limited

  • Provide Facility Design for the execution of the Kendra

  • Provide expertise in cinema exhibition, content planning, and cinema advertising through parent Company - UFO Moviez India Limited

  • Paying Fixed Fee and Revenue Share on various services as per the Management Agreement

VLE

  • Providing Land for building the Kendra

  • Invest in Warm Shell

  • Managing the Kendra in line with the SOPs set by Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.

DIRECT VLE RESPONSIBILTIES

VLE

  • VLE must own/Lease the Land where the EUC will be constructed

  • Make an investment in the Warm Shell/Fit Outs based on the Plan selected

  • Building the Warm Shell/Fit Outs through a Contractors appointed by Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.

  • Appointing manpower for managing the EUC in consultation with Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.

  • Managing the EUC in line with the Standard Operating Procedures set by Nova Cinemaz Pvt. Ltd.

  • Maintenance of the internals and external structure on Investment

Nova Cinemaz Private Limited

  • Provide Cinema Exhibition brand NOVA Cinemaz

  • To get all necessary Permissions & Approvals from State Government and Regulators

  • Provide expertise of cinema exhibition, content planning and cinema advertising through parent Company – UFO Moviez India Limited

  • Provide additional support to the VLE to secure Bank Loans
