NOVA Cinemaz' aim is to bring affordability and accessibility to cinema experience for those people who do not have access to modern cinema theatres in small and remote towns of the country. It is a purpose-driven model, to increase the cinema reach to under-screened towns and cities. NOVA Cinemaz is a venture by Valuable Digital Screens Private Limited (VDSPL) a wholly owned subsidiary of UFO Moviez India Ltd. (India's largest in-cinema advertising platform) subsidiary.

 

It aims at creating an environment of content sufficiency to the running cinema infrastructures, as well as to provide a one-stop solution to set-up local movie theatres through a standardized model both in terms of infrastructure and experience.

 

Nova Cinemaz, transforms the existing cinema infrastructure to create a social and community hub, providing a high-end cinema-going experience to small towns and rural population with multiplexes like experience which will have digital HD projectors, digital sound, modern ambience with comfortable seats, and high-quality food courts.

With 1700+ films produced annually, India is home to the largest number of movies, in over 22 languages. However, the fact is, India currently has only 9500 screens, the lowest in comparison to other nations.

There are enough reasons to be a part of this revolution; even with 25 screens per 10 lakh population, India has the potential to add another 25,000 screens to the existing 9,500 screens. With 76% of the film industry's revenue coming from film exhibition, the returns on investment are very lucrative.
